Cooking Class in Normandy at the Manoir du Lys
Immerse yourself in a unique culinary experience in Normandy with our “Market Return” workshop, a gourmet journey combining discovery, learning, and the pleasures of the senses. At the lively stalls of the Bagnoles de l'Orne market, you’ll interact with Chef Quinton, sharing your culinary aspirations while observing his expert choices to assemble a basket full of local delights. Back in the kitchen, you’ll learn the subtleties of knife skills and the art of blending flavors.
Cooking Class Schedule
9:20 AM: Warm welcome at Ô Gayot over coffee with the Chef.
9:30 AM: Departure for the Bagnoles de l'Orne market, bustling and rich in local products. Under the Chef’s guidance, select the finest seasonal ingredients to fill your basket.
Then: Return to the Manoir du Lys kitchen, where you’ll learn to master flavors and prepare refined recipes under the Chef’s attentive and supportive eye.
1:00 PM: Enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared in our Michelin-starred restaurant, sharing a convivial moment with the Chef.

Conditions:
Workshop confirmed 72 hours in advance, subject to a minimum of 5 participants.
For groups of 10 or more, the workshop can be scheduled on a date of your choice.
