Le Manoir du Lys **** welcomes you to the gourmet restaurant, awarded a Michelin star since 1998.

Chef Franck Quinton, Head Sommelier Yvon Lebailly and the whole team are committed to offering you a unique culinary experience. You will discover the personal, authentic cuisine, accompanied by a selection of grand cru quality wines. Local produce, especially mushrooms, are the stars of the show here.

Restaurant opening times: 

  • Lunchtime: 12:15pm to 2pm (only open at lunchtime on the weekends)
  • Dinner: 7:30pm to 9:30pm
  • Closed on Mondays

Franck Quinton loves to share his passion: “What I like most about my job is the people. Meeting people. Discussions”. His cuisine is both human and sophisticated. This subtle alchemy begins with a stroll in the forest, foraging with the smells of the minty scent of Douglas fir. It also takes in the stalls of local producers, breeders, dairy farmers and cheesemakers. Franck Quinton knows these long-standing partners personally. This passion for fresh seasonal produce and regional flavours is, of course, the guiding principle behind the work carried out in the kitchen. Yvon Lebailly’s wine cellar

Yvon Lebailly, Franck Quinton’s brother-in-law and Head Sommelier, passionately selects the best vintages to accompany the ambitious menu.

Over 20 years, he has put together a wine list for Le Manoir du Lys restaurant that includes more than 650 wines and 10,000 bottles, based on his encounters with winegrowers, wine merchants and sommelier friends.

“For me, a wine is first and foremost the winegrower, the terroir, the particular winegrowing. A wine has to be balanced and easy to drink. My job is to match it with Franck's cooking”.

In perfect harmony with the Chef's cuisine, the selection of wines is unique and exquisite.

The Aldo Paolucci bar

Savour a cup of tea or a glass of champagne at any time in Le Manoir du Lys**** lounge bar, and you’ll enjoy this English club atmosphere enhanced by the works of Italian visual artist Aldo Paolucci.

His works can be found throughout the Manoir. In the bar, feast your eyes on his work, but there’s also plenty to tempt your taste buds.

You can sample a wide range of calvados, whiskies and rums, as well as excellent cocktails. There are two comfortable areas to choose from, depending on the season: the cosy fireside in autumn, or the lush parkland setting when the weather is fine.

A piano is available for music lovers.

This flexible package allows you to set off on an adventure in the Andaine forest with the prospect of a well-deserved gourmet lunch break. But no-one is stopping you from snuggling up in your room and enjoying these delicacies in complete privacy. At the Manoir du Lys, everyone can do as they please.

Gourmet hamper: €39 per person (cold meal: starter-main-dessert-water / chef's choice / order 24 hours in advance).
