Here, we invite you to enjoy a mushroom weekend in Normandy, combining nature and cuisine, in tune with the rhythm of the season.
This experience has been designed to adapt to your preferences. Some will choose to stay for the whole weekend and fully enjoy the experience, while others may come for a day and leave with wonderful memories. In all cases, the spirit remains the same: a simple, guided approach focused on the pleasure of discovery.
Accompanied by a mycologist, you will head into the forest to observe, learn, and forage. Back at the Manoir, the experience naturally continues in the kitchen alongside our Michelin-starred Chef Franck Quinton, who highlights mushrooms through seasonal-inspired recipes. The experience is complemented by wine pairings selected by our sommeliers Hugo and Yvon Lebailly.
Depending on the day you choose, the experience may vary slightly, with different approaches between Saturday and Sunday, offering complementary moments, always balancing forest exploration, cooking, and tasting.
This is a getaway designed for nature lovers, gastronomy enthusiasts, or simply anyone looking to take a break and discover things in a different way.
